Class Action Lawsuit Free Cruise Robocalls Receive 300 To 900 Dollars

A company accused of bombarding customers with robocalls has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit. You could be eligible for a settlement between $300 and $900.

Resort Marketing Group allegedly made robocalls from 2009 to 2014, telling customers they were eligible for free cruises. Victims say the calls were just a marketing gimmick.

I did this myself.  At one point I had 4 phones.  I checked them all and one of them showed up.  All you need to do once you search your phone number is fill out a few fields, name, address, phone number, print out the claim form and mail it to:
