Class Action Lawsuit Free Cruise Robocalls Receive 300 To 900 Dollars

A company accused of bombarding customers with robocalls has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit. You could be eligible for a settlement between $300 and $900.

Resort Marketing Group allegedly made robocalls from 2009 to 2014, telling customers they were eligible for free cruises. Victims say the calls were just a marketing gimmick.

To see if you are eligible for part of the settlement, go to this site, click "submit claim" and follow the links to enter your phone number.  You can also click the image below.

I did this myself.  At one point I had 4 phones.  I checked them all and one of them showed up.  All you need to do once you search your phone number is fill out a few fields, name, address, phone number, print out the claim form and mail it to:
